Hodgson Park is situated across the creek from the Lockhart Caravan Park.

A place to commemorate the work of the son of Lockhart Harold W. Hodgson (1904-1974), a man of ideas and vision who made a major contribution to the betterment and advancement of Lockhart town and District.

The park has a barbeque and picnic area.
