Pleasant Hills School 125th Anniversary

Past students of the Pleasant Hills Public School are set to celebrate their school's rich history on 14 October, as they mark the 125 year anniversary of the school.

The 100 year time capsule is set to be opened and current students will be performing.

The day will start at 11.30am with the welcome of past and present staff and students and speeches by special guests including local politicians Daryl Maguire, Michael McCormack, Adrian Piccoli, Anne Nolan and Lockhart Shire Mayor.

There will be games and entertainment like egg and spoon, three-legged races and a jumping castle.

A barbeque lunch and afternoon tea will also be available.

The celebrations will be held at the School grounds.

For those looking to celebrate into the night, Danny Phegan and his band Longreach will perform at the Pleasant Hills Community Hotel. All welcome.
